As a player, coach and broadcaster, there may be no better ambassador for hockey in the U.S. than Eddie Olczyk. Drafted third overall by his hometown Blackhawks in 1984, the Palos Heights, Ill., native scored 77 goals in two stints with the Blackhawks, and compiled 342 goals and 794 points during his career with Chicago, Toronto, Winnipeg, New York, Los Angeles and Pittsburgh. The 2012 U.S. Hockey Hall of Fame inductee ranks 16th all-time in career points among American NHLers.
