Blackhawks radio broadcast update

The Chicago Blackhawks announced today that seven upcoming games will be broadcast on AM 560 The Answer and 97.9 FM The Loop, due to scheduling conflicts on the flagship station, 720 WGN. Play-by-play voice John Wiedeman and analyst Troy Murray will call the action for all seven contests.

Four games will be broadcast on AM 560 The Answer, including Tuesday, April 9 at Minnesota (7 p.m.), Friday, April 19 vs. Nashville (7:30 p.m.), Monday, April 22 at Vancouver (9 p.m.) and Friday, April 26 vs. Calgary (7:30 p.m.) Additionally, the games on Sunday, April 14 at St. Louis (11:30 a.m.), Saturday, April 20 vs. Phoenix (7:30 p.m.) and Saturday, April 27 at St. Louis (7 p.m.) will air on 97.9 FM The Loop.

The remaining six regular-season games of the 2012-13 campaign can be heard on 720 WGN.
