Ruutu Undergoes Ankle Surgery

Print| The Blackhawks announced today that forward Tuomo Ruutu has undergone ankle surgery to repair a partially severed tendon in his right ankle. The injury occurred during the second period of last night's game against the Nashville Predators. Ruutu will be out indefinitely.
Forward Curtis Brown suffered a sprained knee during the first period of last night's game and is listed as day-to-day. |
