Akim AliuPosition: Right wing/Defense Team: London League: OHL London lost its playoff series to Guelph four games to one. Aliu scored the game-winner March 27 to give the Knights a 2-1 victory; he had two goals and an assist in the series and finished with 61 points in 60 games in the regular season. Aliu signed an amateur tryout contract with the IceHogs last week and had two penalty minutes in his debut April 6. |

Vermont lost 4-0 to Boston College in the semifinal of the Hockey East Championship on March 22. Even with the loss, Fallon was named the Hockey East Co-Defensive Player of the Week for the second straight week. He finished his season with a 15-13 record, a 2.38 GAA and a .915 SV%. Fallon ended his career ranked second all-time in NCAA Division I history with 20 shutouts and finished his college career with a 63-51-17 record and a 2.05 GAA; his 20 shutouts rank second all-time in NCAA Division. Fallon signed a professional contract with the Blackhawks last week. |

Unice played in Game 3 of the opening round against Plymouth and made 20 saves in the victory; he also played in Game 4, making 32 saves in the 6-3 win that ended the series. Unice is yet to play in the semifinals against Sarnia (Kitchener won 3-2 in OT April 4 to take a 1-0 series lead). Unice had a GAA of 2.45, a .908 SV% and won 30 games in the regular season; he is 2-0 with a .881 SV% and a 3.50 GAA in the playoffs. |
