Western Conference Quarterfinals Game 5 set for 8:30 p.m.
The National Hockey League announced today that Game 5 of the Western Conference Quarterfinal series between the Chicago Blackhawks and Minnesota Wild is scheduled for an 8:30 p.m. CT start on Thursday, May 9 at the United Center.

The National Hockey League announced today that Game 5 of the Western Conference Quarterfinal series between the Chicago Blackhawks and Minnesota Wild is scheduled for an 8:30 p.m. CT start on Thursday, May 9 at the United Center.

The game will be televised locally on Comcast SportsNet Chicago, as well as nationally on the NBC Sports Network (United States) and CBC (Canada). The radio broadcast can be heard in Chicago on WGN AM 720.

The Blackhawks currently hold a 2-1 series lead over the Wild, with Game 4 scheduled for an 8:30 p.m. puck drop tonight at the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul, Minn. Tonight’s game can be seen locally on CSN Chicago, and nationally on the NBC Sports Network (United States) and CBC (Canada). The game can also be heard in Chicago on AM 560.
