TROY PARCHMAN
EQUIPMENT MANAGER
Troy Parchman is currently in his 18th year with the Chicago Blackhawks after joining the organization in 1994. A native of Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, Parchman has more than 27 years of equipment management experience. He served as Equipment Manager for the University of Saskatchewan’s football and hockey teams from 1982-88 while earning undergraduate degrees in physical education and sociology.
From 1988 to 1994, he served as Equipment Manager for the Canadian national hockey team, where he worked consecutive World Hockey Championships from 1991-94.
Parchman has received numerous professional honors, such as being selected to provide equipment management services for the Canadian hockey squad at the 1992 and 1994 Winter Olympic Games, as well as the 2003 NHL All-Star Game and 2004 World Championship.
Parchman and his wife, Whitney, have a son, Evan, and reside in the suburbs.
