VICE PRESIDENT, FINANCE
T.J. Skattum is in his seventh year with the Chicago Blackhawks and his first as Vice President of Finance after being promoted on Oct. 3, 2014.
Skattum heads the Blackhawks’ finance and accounting operations, including planning and forecasting, financial reporting, cash management and risk management. Skattum also oversees the finances and accounting for Chicago Blackhawks Charities.
A native of St. Louis, Mo., by way of Edgewood, Iowa, Skattum has 18 years of experience in various finance and accounting roles, including restructuring, bankruptcy, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and interim management. Prior to joining the organization, Skattum spent six years in Arthur Andersen’s global corporate finance practice and five years at Navigant Capital Advisors, the dedicated corporate finance business unit of Navigant Consulting, Inc. He has passed the Certified Public Accountant Examination in the State of Illinois.
In addition to his duties with the Blackhawks, Skattum sits on the Board of Directors for Chicago Blackhawks Charities. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Skattum and his wife, Kate, have twin daughters, Jane and Lucy, and a son, Thomas Henry.
