Refund Process for Season Ticketholders & Partial Plan Holders

Based on the option you select, you will either receive a credit to your Blackhawks ticket account or a refund for cancelled games.

ACCOUNT CREDIT – If you request to keep your money on your Blackhawks ticket account:

• You will continue to accrue 2% interest on cancelled games if you elect to leave your money on account credit.   
• Interest will stop accruing upon confirmation of the 2012-13 season.

REFUND – If you request a refund:

• You will receive 2% interest on cancelled games during the 2012-13 season.
• All refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment.

             Example 1:  If you paid with a credit card, your credit card will be refunded.
             Example 2:  If you paid with cash or check, you will receive a check refund.
             Example 3:  If you paid using Ticket Exchange resale credit, you will receive a check refund.

What will be refunded/credited now?

• Tickets for cancelled games.
• Parking passes for cancelled games.

Each time the NHL announces an adjustment to the 2012-13 schedule, we will begin the refund process for the games affected.  The refund process will take 4-6 weeks each time an adjustment to the schedule is made.

What will be refunded/credited upon confirmation of the 2012-13 season?

• Lexus Club Level Memberships will be prorated and refunded/credited for the cancelled games.
• Ketel One Memberships will be prorated and refunded/credited for the cancelled games.

What will I receive 2% interest on?
You will receive 2% interest on the following items, depending on the amenities you purchased for the 2012-13 season.

• Tickets for cancelled games.
• Parking passes for cancelled games.
• Lexus Club Level Memberships for cancelled games.
• Ketel One Club Memberships for cancelled games.
