With so much demand for tickets, the Chicago Blackhawks would like to offer the following tips for purchasing your tickets:

• Better seat locations and price options may be available by searching for a lower number of tickets (i.e. 4 tickets instead of 8) or for an odd number of seats (i.e. 1 ticket or 3 tickets)..

• Have all payment, billing and account information available. For those purchasing via the Internet, you will have a specified time limit to complete your transaction. A timer will display during the check-out process.

• If you have ordered tickets through Ticketmaster for concerts, shows or sporting events (including Chicago Blackhawks games), you may already have an existing Ticketmaster account. If you are not sure if you have an existing Ticketmaster account or have forgotten your password, click here, insert your email address and Ticketmaster will instruct you to reset your password or create a new account.

Tickets are subject to availability and not guaranteed to be available for all games, price levels and/or seating areas.

LOST, STOLEN AND COUNTERFEIT TICKETS
The only official and secure places to buy Chicago Blackhawks tickets are chicagoblackhawks.com, the United Center box office, Ticketmaster.com and Ticketmaster locations, TicketExchange or by calling 1-800-745-3000. Fans who obtain tickets in unauthorized ways such as StubHub, eBay or Craigslist, or from other fans outside the United Center, run the risk of buying lost, stolen or counterfeit tickets which will not be honored for admission, and will not be eligible for any type of refund or exchange.

PDA, iPHONE, DROID, BLACKBERRY AND OTHER MOBILE DEVICES
Handheld PDAs and cell phones are allowed in the United Center, but tickets and ticket bar codes cannot be scanned, nor is the Box Office able to print from those devices. All guests must present a physical ticket, or if received by email, a printout of the actual ticket. This includes season tickets and single game tickets purchased online or forwarded by email through authorized outlets such as chicagoblackhawks.com, ClickTix, TicketExchange, Ticketmaster.com or any other outlet approved by the Chicago Blackhawks.
