2009-10:  Earned his first NHL shutout by stopping 23 shots in a 4-0 win over Florida on Oct. 3 as part of NHL Premiere 2009 in his native Finland.

2008-09:  Made his National Hockey League debut in three appearances with the Blackhawks, posting a 1-1-1 mark with a 3.40 goals-against average and a .846 save percentage ... Recorded his first NHL win in his first NHL start on March 1, accruing 22 saves on 24 shots in Chicago’s 4-2 win over the Los Angeles Kings ... Spent just under a month on Chicago's active roster (Feb. 12 to March 11) … Paced Rockford with a 2.43 goals-against average and shared the team lead with two shutouts, while notching a 18-14-3 record with a .913 save percentage in 38 AHL regular-season games during his North American professional debut .. Posted a 0-2 mark with a 3.65 goals-against average and a .897 save percentage in two Calder Cup Playoff starts … Held opponents to two or fewer goals in 23 of his 38 regular-season appearances.

2007-08: Notched a 26-6-14 record with a 2.35 goals-against average and a .927 save percentage in 49 appearances with the Pelicans of SM-Liiga (Finland).
