When do passes go on sale?
They are on sale NOW (as of Saturday, January 17, 2009 at 10:00 am).
Where can I buy my pass?
Buy online now through Ticketmaster.com or in person at the Blackhawks Store (333 N Michigan Ave.)
Is there a limit on the number of passes I can purchase?
Yes, the limit is 8 per person. Children ages 5 and under do not need a pass.
Is the $55 pass good for just one day or the entire weekend?
The entire weekend. There are no single day passes regardless of whether you purchase the passes or receive them complimentary due to booking a room at the Hilton Chicago.
Are rooms still available for this event?
Yes, to make room reservations call 1-877-865-5320. Fans staying at the Hilton Chicago for the Chicago Blackhawks Convention will receive two complimentary passes per each night stay that are valid the entire event. Hotel guests also have the option to purchase up to four additional Convention passes at a 50% discounted rate (based upon availability).

Are there any special offers for fans who are staying at the hotel?
Yes, all fans that are staying at the Hilton Chicago will have access to special VIP autograph sessions. Autographs are not guaranteed, but these select autograph times will only be open to hotel guests.
How will I get my passes?
Fans staying at the hotel will pick their passes up at the event registration table (Northeast Exhibit Hall). Registration will open at 2:00 pm on Friday, July 17.
Fans who purchased passes without booking a hotel room will have them MAILED to them in May.
Can I bring my camera and/or video camera?
Yes.
How can I be an exhibitor at the Convention?
Fill out this form and someone from the Blackhawks will be in contact closer to the event.
What are the hours of the Convention?
Friday:
Exhibit Halls will be open from 3:00 pm-9:00 pm with Opening Ceremonies at 5:00 pm in the Grand Ballroom.

Saturday:
Exhibit Halls will be open from 9:00 am-7:00 pm
8:00 pm-12:00 am-The Blackhawks Bash (International Ballroom)

Sunday:
9:00 am-2:00 pm
