1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: This Sweepstakes starts at 12:00 a.m. Central Standard Time (CST) on November 9, 2008, and ends at 11:59 p.m. (CST) on December 7, 2008 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

2. HOW TO ENTER: Complete an official entry form on www.chicagoblackhawks.com, www.rogersandhollands.com, or complete an official entry form at any participating Rogers & Hollands Chicagoland location, while supplies last. One entry form per person per visit. No entries will be accepted if received before or after the Sweepstakes Period. Rogers Enterprises, Inc., d/b/a Rogers & Hollands Jewelers (“Sponsor”) and Chicago Blackhawk Hockey Team, Inc. (“Chicago Blackhawks”), and their respective agents, are not responsible for technical, electronic, telephone, hardware, software or network computer or data transmission errors, malfunctions or difficulties of any kind, or late, lost, damaged, incomplete or misdirected entries. Entries which violate these rules will be disqualified. Entries become the property of the Chicago Blackhawks and will not be acknowledged or returned.

3. WINNER SELECTION: One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by supplied contact information after December 11, 2008. In the event a winner cannot be contacted, declines the prize, or cannot accept a prize at the date and time it is offered, a random drawing will re-occur. Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. Purchase will not increase odds of winning. Winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a liability and publicity release.

4. PRIZE DESCRIPTION: One (1) winner will receive: (a) one (1) $5,000 Rogers & Hollands certificate (Not valid for any watches) to be used during a "VIP Shopping Experience" during which the winner will shop at a Rogers & Hollands store with the store's manager, (b) four (4) 100-level tickets to the Chicago Blackhawks home hockey game on December 14, 2008, in locations as determined by the Chicago Blackhawks in its discretion, and (c) one (1) parking pass for the specified Chicago Blackhawks home hockey game. Value of certificate, game tickets, and parking pass, is approximately $5,500. Store location where gift certificate will be used to be chosen by winner from a list presented by Sponsor. Prizes cannot be refunded, substituted, sold or transferred

5. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to legal U.S. residents who are ages eighteen (18) years or older during the Sweepstakes Period, excluding (a) residents of Rhode Island, New York and Florida, and (b) employees of Sponsor, Chicago Blackhawks or the National Hockey League, or any of their respective affiliate companies, subsidiaries, agents, or advertising agencies, and the immediate family members living in the same household as such employees.

6. GENERAL: Sponsor, the Chicago Blackhawks, the National Hockey League, and their respective agencies and employees, shall have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance and/or use of a prize or participation in this Sweepstakes. No substitution, cash equivalent or transfer of prize(s) permitted except at the Sponsor’s and Chicago Blackhawks’ option for a prize of comparable or greater value. Neither Sponsor nor Chicago Blackhawks is responsible if game is delayed or cancelled for reasons beyond their control. All applicable taxes, and any other expenses not specifically mentioned herein, are the sole responsibility of the winners. No groups, clubs or organizations may participate in this offer or reproduce or distribute any portion of these rules or entry forms to their members. Except where prohibited by law, in consideration for the opportunity to be awarded a prize, entering this Sweepstakes shall constitute (a) a release of Sponsor, the Chicago Blackhawks, and the National Hockey League, and their respective affiliated companies and agents, from any and all liability whatsoever for injuries, losses or damages to person or property of any kind caused by participation in the Sweepstakes and/or acceptance and use of any prize, (b) an agreement to be bound by these rules, and (c) winner’s consent to the use of each winner’s name, address (city and state only), voice and/or image (photograph, video, etc.) for advertising and promotional purposes without further authorization, compensation or remuneration of any kind. Winners need not be present at drawing. Sweepstakes subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Decisions of the Chicago Blackhawks and Sponsor as to all Sweepstakes matters are final. Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the state of Illinois. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Winner is responsible for transportation to and from the United Center. Sponsor and the Chicago Blackhawks reserve the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any individual feared to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be found acting in violation of the official rules, or to be acting in any manner deemed by Sponsor and/or the Chicago Blackhawks to be unsportsmanlike or disruptive; or with the intent to annoy, harass, abuse or threaten any other person or to undermine legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes.

Official Rules may also be viewed and printed at www.chicagoblackhawks.com. Requests for Winners List must be received after January 1, 2009 and before June 1, 2009.
